Summer Exhibition 2023

To celebrate the art on display throughout the city during Art Basel Week, we have created an exhibition of our most beautiful and impressive examples of illumination from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

We are proud to present several new acquisitions, including a rare Rosarium illuminated by Simon Bening, the most celebrated artist of sixteenth-century Flanders.

Manuscripts, printed books and miniatures will be on display at our premises in Basel, by appointment only, at Spalenberg 55.
